2015 July 21, 2015 Boss Power Corp. Completes Acquisition of Anthem Resources Incorporated Boss Power Corp. ("Boss") (TSXV: BPU) and Anthem Resources Incorporated ("Anthem") (TSXV: AYN) are pleased to announce that Boss has completed the acquisition of Anthem pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the "Arrangement"). Under the terms of the Arrangement, Boss has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Anthem (the "Anthem Shares") in consideration of the issuance of common shares of Boss (the "Boss Shares") on the basis of 0.75 of a Boss Share for each Anthem Share held. Contemporaneously with the closing of the Arrangement all of the 27,250,000 Boss Shares held by Anthem were cancelled such that, following the Arrangement, 41,866,354 Boss Shares are issued and outstanding. Immediately prior to the closing of the Arrangement 3,725,000 options to acquire Boss Shares were surrendered and cancelled.

With the completion of the Arrangement, the Anthem Shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange following the close of trading on July 22, 2015. Registered holders of Anthem Shares (the "Anthem Shareholders") are encouraged to complete, execute and submit the Letter of Transmittal included in the accompanying materials sent to Anthem Shareholders for the special meeting of Anthem Shareholders held on July 16, 2015 as soon as possible in order to receive the consideration to which they are entitled under the Arrangement. Any questions and requests for assistance in respect of the Letter of Transmittal may be directed to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its telephone numbers and locations set out in the Letter of Transmittal which will be available on Anthem's website along with meeting materials.

In connection with closing of the Arrangement, Boss changed its name to "Eros Resources Corp." It is anticipated that the company's trading symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange will change to "ERC" and the CUSIP for its newly designated common shares will be updated prior to the open of the markets on or about July 27, 2015.
