Title:     C$1,530,000 Unit Financing
Bitterroot Resources Ltd. (BTT, TSX-V) has agreed to issue 17,000,000 units priced at C$0.09 in a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of C$1,530,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.15 for a period of 12 months. The proceeds will be used to fund drilling of the Company's nickel/copper/PGM targets in Michigan and for working capital.
