ASSIGNMENT OF JULIE WEST SALE AGREEMENT
Castle Minerals Limited (ASX:CDT) has consented to the assignment of the right to acquire the Julie West project from Bunda Resources Pty Ltd to Azumah Resources Ltd (ASX:AZM).
The terms of the sale of Julie West was set out in the Company's ASX release dated 28 September 2015. The commercial terms have substantially remained the same save for a 12 month extension to complete if required. The covenants and agreements of the parties contained in or implied by the Put Option and Sale Deed otherwise remain in full force and effect.
The Company was satisfied that the assignment would provide a greater probability that the transaction would complete and for the Company to receive the final payment due and royalty.
