Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that David Nairne and Azim Virani have agreed to join its Board of Directors. Mark Gunderson has agreed to resign.
Both Messrs. Nairne and Virani are experienced businessmen and bring to the Company years of experience in funding companies operating in the United States.
