VANCOUVER, B.C. - July 14, 2008 - The Silver Recycling Company Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TSR) ("Silver Recycling") is pleased to announce that it has the following changes to its corporate advisors.
 
The Board of Directors has selected Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent auditor commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008. Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP ("DMCL") is the Company's current independent auditor. The intended change in independent auditor does not result from any disagreement or dissatisfaction between Silver Recycling and DMCL.
 
Jones Day has been appointed principal U.S. counsel. Jones Day is among the largest M&A practices in the world. Their M&A team is composed of corporate, tax, and regulatory lawyers who are recognized for their substantive knowledge and creativity.
 
Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C. ("Zarwin") provided exemplary service as M&A counsel on Silver Recycling's recent acquisition in Philadelphia. Silver Recycling expects to retain Zarwin's M&A services for future acquisitions in the northeast U.S.
 
Lang Michener LLP remains as the Silver Recycling's Canadian corporate counsel.
 
G2 Consultants Corporation of Vancouver, B.C. has been retained to provide financial public relations services. G2 Consultants will assist the Company in expanding its profile and conveying the Company's key messages to the investment community beyond the Company's existing investor base in North America. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company has retained G2 Consultants for a twelve-month period effective July 1, 2008 and expiring June 30, 2009, subject to a 30-day termination notice. G2 Consultants will be paid $8,000 per month plus approved expenses for selected services. Barry D. Russell, principal of G2 Consultants Corporation and The Silver Recycling Company are at arm's length.
