Forsys Clarifies Uranium Project on Track
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 21, 2008) - Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY) - The Company is aware of the publication today by the Reuters Press Agency of a report regarding the water permits issued in favour of Valencia Uranium (Pty) Ltd as advised in the Company's News release dated February 25 2008. The Reuters report gives the misleading impression that the Company no longer has the right to extract groundwater for construction and further states that as a consequence the Company's plans to construct the Valencia uranium mine have been disrupted. Reuters have been made aware of the wholly inaccurate nature of this report and are dealing with the matter. In the meantime the Company confirms that its rights to extract water are unaffected and there has been no disruption to the Company's plans or operations going forward.
