TORONTO, CANADA--(Marketwired - June 24, 2013) - REBgold Corporation ("REBgold" or the "Company", (News - Market indicators) announces that, further to its news release dated April 16, 2013, it has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement by issuing 7,349,334 units at a price of $0.12 per unit to raise gross proceeds of $881,920 to investment funds controlled by Baker Steel Capital Managers LLP. This brings the total raised in this Private Placement to $1.4 million.

REBgold intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement to investigate and secure additional project opportunities, to continue investing in its highly prospective Finnish projects and for general working capital.
