Colombian Mines Grants Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, August 30, 2016 (TSX-V: CMJ, Frankfurt: X6C) - Colombian
Mines Corporation ("Colombian Mines" or the "Company") has granted incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers, advisors, employees and consultants, to purchase an aggregate of up to 745,000 common shares at a price of $0.16 per share for a two year period, in accordance with its Stock Option Plan. These Options replace options that expired on August 26, 2016.
