Dynacor: commercial production begins at the Pasto Bueno mine

Montr�al, Qu�bec, May 15, 2007 - Dynacor (TSX: DYN) is pleased to announce that commercial production has begun on April 1st, 2007 at its Pasto Bueno tungsten mine.

As planned and disclosed by way of press release during the first quarter 2007, improvements made at the Pasto Bueno processing plant enabled to increase the mill's productivity to over 150 tonnes/day. The Company is confident to reach, during the upcoming weeks, the maximum production capacity of 250 tonnes/day.

Dynacor is convinced that with the current tungsten price, the mine will be cost-effective for years to come based on the established reserves, as per national instrument 43-101 and published in 2006, production is ensured for a three-year period minimum.

Moreover, with the major 10,650 metres drilling program which begun recently, as well as underground work undertook in the Huaura and Huayllapon sectors, the Company is confident in renewing and increasing its reserves while guaranteeing long-term production.
