Completion of Sale of Blue Spec Shear Gold-Antimony Project
Northwest Resources Limited advises that the sale of its main undertaking, the Blue Spec Shear Gold-Antimony Project, to Beatons Creek Gold Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Novo Resources Corp completed after market on Friday, 2 October 2015. The sale was announced on 17 August 2015 and was approved by shareholders on 25 September 2015.
