Completion of Share Consolidation
HRL Holdings Limited (ASX:HRL) advises that the consolidation of the Company's issued capital on a basis that every 13 shares be consolidated into 1 share and every 13 unlisted options be consolidated into 1 option, as approved at the EGM held on 2 March 2015, is now complete. The shares and options on issue post consolidation are detailed below:

New holding statements will be dispatched to security holders on 16 March 2015 advising of holdings on a post consolidation basis.
The Company's shares will remain suspended from trading until the Company completes the ASX requirements in relation to the re-listing of the shares. For the Company's equity securities to be re-admitted to Official Quotation, the Company will need to re-comply with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules, finalise the current share Offer, raise the minimum subscription and complete the Precise Consulting Acquisition.
