COMPLETION OF SHARE CONSOLIDATION
The Board of Wildhorse Energy Limited ("Wildhorse" or "Company") advises that the consolidation of the Company's capital, on the basis of 1 share for every 30 existing shares, as approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 25 November 2014, has now been completed. The numbers of Options on issue have also been consolidated on a 1 for 30 basis, with the exercise price of the Options increasing in inverse proportion to the consolidation ratio ("Consolidation").
