November 22, 2007 - Vancouver, BC - StrataGold
Corporation (SGV-TSX) is pleased to report the continued expansion of
gold zones at Tassawini, Guyana. StrataGold has received results for an
additional 121 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes from Sonne North,
South and Tassawini East zones. StrataGold completed a total of 10,438
metres (m) of RC drilling in three hundred fifty (310) holes to date in
2007. Assays are pending for eight (8) RC drill holes. These
latest results continue to demonstrate potential for a near surface
saprolite gold deposit at Sonne North and South. Drilling
targeted Induced Polarization (IP) chargeability features with associated
gold geochemistry anomalies at Sonne South, and defined areas of new
mineralization associated with a major structure.
Sonne North
Highlights of the latest RC drilling results from Sonne North
include Hole F1292, which intersected 1.19 g/t gold over 16.76m. This hole
collared and terminated in gold mineralization. Additional near surface
gold mineralization in saprolite was identified in Holes F1215, F1293,
1295 and 1296.

Sonne South
Drilling at Sonne South tested
a strong IP chargeability anomaly associated with a major fault
structure. Mineralization associated with this structure included
F1173 which intersected 1.06 g/t gold over 16.76m within a 43.36m
interval which averaged 0.61 g/t gold from surface.

Tassawini East
Drilling at Tassawini East
tested an additional 100m of strike length to the southwest and
intersected mineralization in saprolite from surface at shallow depths.
This latest drilling has extended the strike length of the Tassawini East
zone to 400m. The average true width of this zone is 15m.

Quality Control and Assurance
A rigorous Quality Control and
Assurance program (QC/QA) is in place, using control samples and
duplicates, as well as Chain of Custody (COC) protocols, under the
supervision of Bill Yeomans, P.Geo., StrataGold's General Manager
Exploration, South America. Tamperproof sample bags with zip lock tags
are being utilized for all of the drill samples. The Tassawini samples
were prepared by ACME laboratories in Georgetown, Guyana, and analysed by
ACME laboratories in Santiago, Chile. ACME laboratories is a recognized
as an ISO 9000 registered laboratory. The control samples and duplicate
assay results received for the drilling program demonstrated to
StrataGold that the results are considered reliable. However, due to the
rigorous nature of StrataGold's QC/QA program, additional check assays
will be conducted and these results pending. All drill holes are being
processed an ISO 9000 registered laboratory. The technical information in
this news release has been prepared in accordance with Canadian
regulatory requirements set out in National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Bill
Yeomans is designated as the qualified person having reviewed this
