George Town, Grand Cayman -- Endeavour Financial Corporation ("Endeavour" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the Board of Directors has declared a monthly cash dividend of CDN$0.03 per common share, payable on January 30, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 28, 2009.  The Corporation's Board maintains a monthly dividend policy.
