Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, was informed on 14 June 2016 that Robin Fryer, Non-Executive Director of Shanta Gold, has purchased on the same date, 45,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 6.2 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Robin Fryer holds 720,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
