William Humphries Retires as Executive Director
Patagonia Gold announces that William H. Humphries (Bill) is retiring from the board of the Company. As a result, Bill will not stand for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and the resolution proposing his re-election will be withdrawn at that meeting.
Bill has 50 years' experience in the mining and civil engineering industries and has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since inception until stepping down in April of this year.
Commenting on this announcement, Carlos Miguens, PGD´s Chairman said:

In his role as Managing Director and CEO, his guidance, knowledge and support were critical in developing the company we have today. All the team in Patagonia Gold will miss his presence and wishes all the best to Bill in his future personal and professional endeavors.'
Bill Humphries added:
