Drilling Permits on Joint Venture New Mexico Uranium

Strategic Resources Inc.
("Strategic") and Running Fox Resources (TSXV: RUN) (OTC: RFXRF), are pleased announce that both the State of New Mexico and the
United States Forest Service have now granted permit approvals for Strategic
Resources to begin exploration drilling activity on the Baca Uranium project
located in Catron County, New Mexico.
Permitting for the White Mesa Uranium Project, also
situated in Catron County, NM, is in the final stages of approval with both
the State of New Mexico and the United States Forest Service.
Strategic''s Uranium exploration programs in Catron County, New Mexico are a joint
venture with Running Fox Resource Corp., TSX-V "RUN", US OTC
"RFXRF", the terms of which allow Strategic to earn up to a 60%
interest. (see Press Release dated Sept 30, 2008).
Strategic Resources has signed a contract with
Phoenix Mineral Drilling LLC for the provision of drilling services on its
various projects in New Mexico.
Strategic Resources will be engaging the services of
Century Geophysical LLC for downhole logging
activity.
Chemical assaying will be conducted by ALS
Laboratory Group. Submitted samples will be assayed for a variety of elements
including Uranium and Vanadium.
Under the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101,
the Qualified Person for the Baca project (and other New Mexico projects)
will be Tony Kovschak, M.Sc. P.Geo.
