Hecla Mining Co. rose $.09 or 3.0 percent, to $3.13.
Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.12 or 1.3 percent, to $9.30.
Silver Standard Resources Inc. rose $.15 or 2.9 percent, to $5.39.
Silver Wheaton rose $.27 or 1.4 percent, to $19.43.
