VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - Electra Stone Ltd. ('Electra' or the 'Company') (TSX.V: ELT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Yiu (Lucy) Zhang MBA, CPA, CGA as the Chief Financial Officer.

Lucy Zhang is a member of Chartered Professional Accounts British Columbia. She has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, financial management, and regulatory compliance with public companies. She is currently serving as Director and CFO for multiple public companies with projects in mineral exploration in Canada. She is also fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Lucy will be replacing the outgoing CFO, John Fong. We would like to thank John for his dedication and service to Electra and wish him well in his new endeavor.

John Costigan, President and Director of Electra commented, the addition of Ms. Zhang will allow us to continue to strengthen the bridge between the Asian investors and the Electra's unique position within the North American capital markets.
