Millstream Expands Land Position at its Potter Property in North Eastern Ontario

Toronto, Ontario - November 5, 2007 - Millstream Mines Ltd. (MLM-TSX-V; NJD- Frankfurt) is pleased to announce that the Company has increased the size of its 100% owned Potter Mine Property by exercising its option on 5 mining claims consisting of 10 claim units, abutting the principle property, for an undisclosed monetary consideration. The Potter Mine Property now consists of 16 patented mining claim units, 12 leased mining claim units, and 10 staked mining claim units. The land package of 38 claim units covers 1520 acres or 608 hectares and covers parts of Lots 5 to 9 in Concessions IV and V in north central Munro Township, Larder Lake Mining Division.

Meanwhile, Millstream's drilling program continues to expand the "stacked" mineralized massive sulphide zones located at the Potter Property. Assays on several holes drilled remain pending. The past producing property is found in the highly prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt in the Kid d-Munro Assemblage near the town of Matheson in north eastern Ontario, Canada. The Potter volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) type deposit is located midway between the Kidd Creek VMS deposit and the historic Horne VMS deposit with their respective smelter complexes.

Dave Gamble, P.Geo. and Edward Bettiol, P. Eng,  both consultants of Millstream, are the Qualified Persons as described in National Instrument 43-101 for the Potter Mine Project. They have reviewed this report and press release with company management.
