Boss Power Extends Warrant Period

Vancouver, B.C. - Wednesday, September 16, 2009: Boss Power Corp. (TSX.V: BPU) is pleased to announce it has received a three year extension of the expiry date of 4,173,333 share purchase warrants (with an exercise price of $0.25) to June 12, 2012, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 8,346,666 units in connection with a reverse takeover of the Blizzard Uranium Deposit announced on Feb. 5, 2007 and March 19, 2007. 

The Company had previously applied and received consent from the TSX Venture Exchange to reduce the exercise price of the warrants from $1.00 per full warrant to $0.25 as announced in a news release dated December 5, 2008, subject to an accelerator clause to shorten the exercise period to 30 days if, for ten consecutive trading days, (the "Premium Trading Days") the closing price of the Listed Shares exceeds the revised exercise price by the applicable Private Placement discount. The 30 day period will commence seven calendar days after the tenth Premium Trading Day.
