VANCOUVER , April 7, 2014 /CNW/ - Heatherdale Resources Ltd.
("Heatherdale" or the "Company") (HTR.V) announces a proposed
private placement of approximately 14.3 million units in its capital at
a price of $0.07 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $1
million . Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant,
with each warrant exercisable to purchase an additional common share at
a price of $0.10 for three years from the closing of the financing,
which is expected on or about April 15, 2014 . The securities issued
will be subject to a four month hold period under Canadian securities
laws. A 6% fee will be paid on a portion of the proceeds. The financing
is subject to regulatory approval.
Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance drill target
generation at the Niblack Project's Dama zone and for working capital
purposes.

Wales Island in southeast Alaska , an area with a skilled workforce,
excellent power and transportation infrastructure as well as a long
history of public and official support for responsible mineral resource
development and mining.
