Toronto, Ontario - December 24, 2015 -Honey Badger Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: TUF) ('Honey Badger' or the 'Company') announces that it has closed a non-brokered financing (the 'Financing') pursuant to which it has received total gross proceeds of $200,000.
