CALGARY , July 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Infinito Gold Ltd. (the "Company") today announced that, effective June 26, 2014 , Mr. Steven Dean has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors including the position of Chairman.
The Company and the Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Dean for his contributions over the years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Company and the Board are currently evaluating alternatives with respect to potentially appointing a replacement.
