Information Required Under Listing Rule 3.10.5A

Further to the lodgement of Appendices 3B on 23 June 2015 and 2 July 2015, Thomson Resources Limited ("Thomson Resources") provides the following information as required under Listing Rule 3.10.5A in respect of those share issues:
(a) Dilution to existing shareholders as a result of the issues of securities under LR
7.1A.
(i) A total number of 3,116,805 shares were issued on 23 June 2015 representing 3.7% of the post issue ordinary share capital.
(ii) A total number of 3,7,50,000 shares were issued on 2 July 2015 representing
4.2% of the post issue ordinary share capital
(b)(i) The shares issued on 23 June 2015 were issued in consideration for the invoiced costs of drilling exploration expenditure at 1.8 cents per share which represented a 30.4% premium over the 15 day VWAP up to the date of issue.
(ii) The shares issued on 2 July 2015 were issued at 2.0 cents per share which represented a 35.1% premium over the 15 day VWAP up to the date of issue.
As the shares issued above were negotiated at a considerable premium with minimal dilution the Thomson Resources Board believes that these issues were in the best interest of shareholders given the current difficult share market environment.
(c) No underwriting arrangements were applicable to the above issues
(d) There were no fees payable on the above issues
