Yorbeau Intercepts 10.77 g/t Au Over 4.1 m in Definition Drilling on the Augmitto Block

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 20, 2007) - Yorbeau Resources Inc. (TSX:YRB.A) is pleased to provide the following update on its recently initiated 2007-2008 drilling program which will be carried out on the Augmitto, Cinderella, and Lac Gamble Blocks of the Company's Rouyn Property.

The main objectives of the program, which will consist initially of a minimum of 5,000 meters of definition drilling on the Augmitto Block, are to validate gold grades and increase the resources calculation. The exploration campaign that will follow will consist of 10,000 meters of exploration drilling to target new gold structures to demonstrate the continuity laterally and at depth of the mineralized zones comprising the Augmitto historical resources.

The drilling campaign began with hole 07-S-426 located on section 5350E which will also comprise holes 07-S-423 to 425. This hole (07-S-426) begins in the mineralized corridor and is the first of a series of 31 definition drill holes. To date only partial assay results have been received for hole 07-S-426.

The best visible gold intersections are observed in quartz-carbonate-tourmaline veinlets in green carbonates (altered ultramafic rock). The most promising intersection of this intercept is located at a core depth from 51.8 meters to 55.9 meters with a weighted average grade of 10.77 g/t Au over 4.1 meters.

To date a total of 18 definition holes have been drilled. We look forward to reporting additional results on these and future holes as assays results are received.

The qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 is Paul Blanchet, geological engineer. Samples were analyzed at Laboratoire Expert at Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec using the metallics method.
