Klondex Mines Ltd. (KLDX) announced Monday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Hecla Mining (HL) for $462 million.
Klondex Mines has gapped open sharply higher this morning and is now up 0.90 at $2.34 on above average volume. The stock has jumped to over a month and a half high.
