                                                SHAREHOLDER COMMUNICATIONS                                         January 30, 2008

Dear Geoinformatics Shareholders and Interested Parties:

Geoinformatics Makes A Significant New Molybdenum Discovery

(Yep Another One! – but this time in Mexico with 107 metres grading 0.12% molybdenum (0.20% MoS2),

 0.14% copper, 0.08 g/t gold and 11.8 g/t silver)

Our last Shareholder Communication introduced a molybdenum porphyry discovery in British Columbia (the Falcon Prospect) and the one before that presented a new multi-million ounce 43-101-compliant gold resource at the Whistler Project in Alaska.  Part of Geoinformatics’ portfolio approach to minerals exploration means we balance the shorter exploration seasons in northern latitudes with exploration in the Lower 48 states and Mexico during the winter.  Following on the landmark Whistler announcement and the Falcon discovery, we are proud to announce a new and potentially significant molybdenum-copper-silver-gold discovery on our Los Laureles Prospect in Sinaloa, Mexico. The full press-release is available for download at:

http://www.geoinformex.com/news/PR%20LosLaureles%20January%2030%202008%20Final.pdf

Los Laureles is located entirely within our La Noria Project in the prospective Sierra Madre in the State of Sinaloa, approximately 60 km. northeast of the port of Mazatlan.  Geoinformatics has previously reported positive and wide mineralized intercepts from several other targets in this large project area.  The La Noria area is well serviced with existing power and road infrastructure.

So far we have received assay results on the first three holes at Los Laureles.  We have a further two holes that are currently being completed, (core) logged and submitted for assays.

Ø     Hole 3 intersected 107 metres grading 0.12% molybdenum (0.20% MoS2); 0.14% copper, 0.08 g/t gold and 11.9 g/t silver, and included a higher-grade copper-gold-silver intercept of 8 metres grading 0.84% copper, 0.27 g/t gold and 56.5 g/t silver.

The hole ended in mineralization! (due to a drilling problem)

Ø     Holes 1 and 2 also intersected high-grade mineralized breccias:

Hole 1:   12 metres grading 0.18% molybdenum (0.30% MoS2); 0.36% copper, 0.31 g/t gold and 10.8 g/t silver.

Hole 2:   8 metres grading 0.23% molybdenum (0.38% MoS2); 0.31% copper, 0.10 g/t gold and 9.7 g/t silver.

The Los Laureles discovery is yet another confirmation of our integrated team approach to exploration.  Geoscientists on opposite sides of the globe combined geophysical and legacy reconnaissance data to highlight areas of interest. This analysis was followed by our highly mobile and dedicated Mexican ground team who located small outcrops of mineralized breccia hidden in the bush-clad rolling hills in the east of our project area and immediately commenced a soil sampling program. The soil anomalies are over 1 kilometre long by 600 metres wide (Figure 1) with copper greater than 1,000 parts per million (ppm), molybdenum greater than 100 ppm, and silver greater than 3 ppm. Following the soil geochemistry we mobilized a drill rig with the results for the first 3 holes shown in Table 1 below.

The host rock at Los Laureles is principally equigranular granodiorite, but this has been transected with several hydrothermal breccia phases with magnetite-quartz breccia and tourmaline breccia.  At this stage, we do not know the full extents or geometry of the system, but we can confirm that both holes 4 and 5 that have pending assay results intersected more than 100 metres of breccia.  Chalcopyrite (CuFeS2) and molybdenite (MoS2) was observed in both of the pending holes.  Preliminary work suggests the mineralized zone has a strike length of at least 400 metres, a vertical extent of 200 metres and widths of 8 to 12 metres in the lower parts to greater than 100 metres in higher parts of the system.

All assays based on half sawn drill core; shipped to ALS Chemex in Hermosillo, Mexico for preparation and then to ALS Chemex Laboratory in Vancouver, Canada, for fire assay for gold (AAu2) and 4-acid digest ICP-AES (MEICP-61).

This program is reconnaissance drilling, and the orientation of mineralized structures is yet to be established; hence true-width cannot be estimated at this time.

Note 1:  MoS2 is NOT an assay field, but is calculated by multiplying molybdenum % by 1.6681.

All intervals calculated using a minimum 1-metre width and 4-metre internal dilution and based on a cut off of 0.01% molybdenum except where indicated with:

(*)          Calculated with minimum 1-metre width and 4-metre internal dilution using a 0.04% molybdenum cut-off.

(**)         Calculated with minimum 1-metre width and 4-metre internal dilution using a 0.1% copper cut-off.

(***)      Calculated with  minimum 1-metre width and 4-metre internal dilution using a 0.5% copper cut-off.
