MANHATTAN SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING DATE EXTENSION AND REVISED TIMETABLE
On 1 April 2016 Manhattan Corporation Limited ("Manhattan" or "the Company") announced a Share Purchase Plan ("SPP") to eligible shareholders of Manhattan at 4pm (WST) on Thursday, 31 March 2016 ("Record Date") and whose registered address is in Australia or New Zealand ("Eligible Shareholder") to subscribe for additional fully paid ordinary shares in Manhattan ("New Shares") at an issue price of Australian 2.5 cents ($0.025) a New Share ("Issue Price"), free of all brokerage and commission costs, under the terms and conditions of Manhattan's Share Purchase Plan ("SPP") announced on 4 April 2016 and dispatched to all Eligible Shareholders.
The Company's Directors have now resolved to extend the SPP offer by one week to 5pm (WST) Thursday, 28 April 2016 to allow time for New Zealand addressed Eligible Shareholders to receive their personalised EFT Payment Forms to subscribe for one of the following offers for New Shares by international funds transfer as announced on 13 April 2016:
