Ausdrill and Brandrill announce merger

Ausdrill (ASX: ASL) and Brandrill (ASX: BDL) will today hold a joint media teleconference to discuss today?s announcement regarding a proposed merger of the two businesses.

Under the proposal, Ausdrill will issue shares to Brandrill shareholders in exchange for all of the shares in Brandrill. The combined group will create a leading integrated mining services company, with a strong and complementary range of Australian and international business operations.

The teleconference will be hosted by Ausdrill Managing Director Ron Sayers, and Brandrill Managing Director Ken Perry, who will be available for questions.
