Unlimited bond buying by the ECB? The Bank of England and the ECB both left rates unchanged this morning, the former maintaining the level of their bond buying programs. We haven't heard the important part of the release, however, which comes as we publish with Draghi's speech and possible announcement of bond buying. The program has been partially leaked already, as Bloomberg reports, so the markets overseas are performing very well this morning, up around 1% in Europe after a marginally higher day in Asia.
