Toronto, Ontario / ACCESSWIRE / July 14, 2014 / Nebu Resources Inc. (NBU.V) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has issued 6,400,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $320,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company (the "Warrant Share") at a price of $0.10 per Warrant Share for a term of 24 months from the closing date.

The Units will be subject to a four month statutory hold period from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be used to fund ongoing exploration activities on the Company’s Cork Lake property, potential expansion of the Company’s overall land package, and for general corporate purposes.
