NEW WESTMINSTER, BC and NEW DELHI, India, May 17 /CNW/ - Pebble Creek Mining Ltd. ("the Company") (TSXV: PEB) announced today that Antonio Ponte has declined to accept appointment as the President of the Company. Mr. Ponte will remain a director of the Company and Andrew Nevin will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer

The Company is actively continuing with its ongoing program of introducing its Askot copper-zinc-lead-silver-gold VMS project in India to the capital markets of Europe and well as other locations.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
