On May 13th., 2008, Jan A Vestrum, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crew bought 300.000 shares in Crew through a forward contract at NOK 7.78 and maturity August 13th  2008.

Mr Vestrum`s total exposure is 9,211,364 Crew shares, including common shares, convertible bonds, forward contracts and options.
