Toronto, Ontario�.July 7, 2008�Titanium Corporation Inc. (�the Company�) [TSX-V: TIC] is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Kevin Moran to the Company�s management team as Vice President, Process Development.  Dr. Moran brings an extensive oil sands background and is a recognized leader of bitumen extraction and recovery technologies.   

Dr. Moran will be responsible for advancing hydrocarbon recovery research programs at the Company�s Regina research facility and in concert with the Company�s research partners in Canada and the United States to ultimately deliver a commercially viable technology.   He will work closely with the Company�s minerals technical team to develop an integrated commercial recovery solution for bitumen and minerals.  Successful development and delivery of this technology will have a significant economic and environmental impact for the oil sands industry and the Company.

The Company currently has research and development programs underway at multiple sites in Canada and the United States. Dr. Moran will be responsible for accelerating these programs from laboratory based solutions through pilot field testing and commercial feasibility to full scale operations.

Dr. Moran holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and undergraduate Engineering and Science degrees from the University of Western Ontario.  He joins the Company from Syncrude Canada Ltd., where he managed research and pilot programs in oil sands bitumen extraction and froth treatment technologies.

Dr. Moran will be based in Edmonton, where he will represent the Company in oil sands industry forums, Government relationships and research organizations.  He will also continue in his role as Adjunct Professor at the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Alberta.
