Orocobre Limited ("the Company") (ASX:ORE)(News - Market indicators) announced today that it is in the process of undertaking a book-build as part of a potential capital raising. The price and size of the potential capital raising will not be determined until the book-build is complete. In accordance with the Listing Rules of the ASX, the Company requested that its ordinary shares be placed in pre-open on the ASX pending an announcement regarding the potential capital raising. The ASX has granted such request, and unless the ASX subsequently decides otherwise, the Company's ordinary shares will remain in pre-open on the ASX until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, November 5 or when the announcement is released to the market.
