PLATINUM/PALLADIUM MINERALIZATION ON THE MANN PROPERTY, ONTARIO

Tres-Or Resources Ltd (“Tres-Or”) has extended the shallow platinum (Pt) and palladium (Pd) mineralization on our Mann Platinum/Palladium Project which was first reported in October, 2007. Further analyses from drill hole MAN07-02 have demonstrated that Pt+Pd mineralization of 0.50 grams per tonne (g/t) extends over 15.0 m from 16.6 to 31.6 m depth. Within this interval, pyroxenite yielded an enriched zone of 1.00 g/t over 4.2 m (see Table 1 below). The highest concentrations of Pt and Pd appear to be contained in the pyroxenite. On average, Pt is 37% and Pd 63% of the combined Pt+Pd numbers reported above. No other platinum group elements have been assayed yet.

Table 1: Platinum (Pt) and Palladium (Pd) assay results from drill hole MAN07-02 returned 0.50 grams per tonne (1.0 gram per tonne (g/t) equals 1000 parts per billion (ppb)) over a shallow interval of 15.0 metres.

The first results reported by Tres-Or in October, 2007 (see news release dated October 18, 2007) were for analyses covering only selected parts of the mineralized zone. The additional analyses reported herein tested previously unsampled drill core above and below the originally identified mineralized zone. All drill core samples were split and a ½ split of each interval was shipped for analysis to ACME Analytical Laboratories Ltd. in Vancouver, British Columbia for multi element analysis and fire assay for Pt, Pd and Au analysis. The analytical procedures producing the assays reported herein are industry standard starting with 30 gram aliquots, and the same as described in detail in the news release dated May 9, 2007.

Further drilling is planned to replicate this shallow mineralized interval, and determine structural orientation which should allow estimate of true thickness of the layer, which is not known at this time.
Tres-Or’s Mann Project is located 46 kilometres northeast of Timmins, Ontario within the Mann Intrusive Complex, a large under explored layered ultramafic/mafic intrusion. SNL Enterprises Ltd. (“SNL”) is earning a 50% interest in certain claims comprising the Mann property.

The Mann property exploration programs were conducted under the supervision of Sarah Palmer, Ph.D. and Elaine Baša, P.Geo.(ON), a qualified person under NI 43-101. Harrison Cookenboo, Ph.D., P.Geo., a Qualified Person by the standards of National Instrument 43-101 has reviewed and
approved the contents of this news release. Tres-Or is the project Operator.
