announces that a Circular has today been posted to the shareholders of
its majority owned subsidiary Stellar Diamonds Limited ("Stellar").

The Circular provides notice of a General Meeting to be held on 25
January 2008 to discuss Stellar's future strategy which is required as
part of conditions to the private placement financing completed by
Stellar on 25 July 2007 and to inform shareholders that Stellar is
proposing to complete a non-brokered private placement financing prior
to an IPO in the Spring of 2008.
