(News - Market indicators) ("Golconda") will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. (Calgary time) at Suite 1000, 250-2^nd Street S.W., Calgary, Alberta.

Copies of the Notice of Meeting and Information Circular and the form of proxy prepared in respect of the Meeting have been mailed to the shareholders and are available under Golconda's profile at www.sedar.com. Shareholders who do not receive these Meeting materials on a timely basis are encouraged to access them via SEDAR. Alternatively, Golconda will provide copies of the Meeting materials upon request and without charge.
