HOUSTON - September 18, 2012 - Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: PRRY) is pleased to announce the addition of David Barr to the Company's Advisory Board. Mr. Barr will advise the Company on corporate strategy and finance, risk management and other general business needs including commercialization of the PetroLuxus� and AquaLuxus product lines into the oil & gas and water industries.

Mr. Barr brings a wealth of expertise and experience in many areas of front and back office operations. Some specific areas include finance operations including budgeting and planning, structuring, corporate strategy and M&A, business development, risk management including derivatives and trading with energy related commodities, IT, pricing and supply chain in many industries including oil and gas, water and wastewater and technology. Mr. Barr has held Board level, officer and senior executive positions in many areas with both large public and large private organizations such as: Silicon Graphics (Officer and CAO), Tybrin Corporation (CFO, VP Strategy, and M&A,), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP (Director M&A Strategy Group), EOG/ENRON Corporation (Director Asset Development Group), Transamerica (Commercial Development and Corporate Strategy Committee Team Member).

Throughout his career Mr. Barr has: been involved in helping raise more than $1 Billion in private/public capital, hedging/derivatives, ISDA agreements, M&A transactions and supply chain operations; has been instrumental in corporate strategies and revenue generation initiatives resulting in growth of over 50% year over year; has managed transactions and operations in over 60 countries.
