Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (the "Company") (News - Market indicators)(FRANKFURT:QG1) has today re-filed its annual financial statements and annual information form ("AIF") for the year ended September 30, 2010 and NI 43-101 technical report relating to its Colibri II and III properties. During the course of the filing and review of the Company's preliminary short form prospectus dated February 16, 2011 certain deficiencies were identified in these documents. The refilings are being made to remedy these deficiencies as well as to enhance certain disclosures in the AIF.
