Shanta Gold (AIM: SHG), the East Africa-focused gold producer, developer and explorer, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which took place at 14:00 this afternoon at Suite A, St Peter Port House, Sausmarez Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey.
