Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ALH - News;
"Alhambra" or the "Corporation") announces that it has
engaged Beaumont Capital Corp. ("Beaumont") of Calgary, Alberta, as
an investor relations consultant. Robert M. Rowell of Calgary, Alberta is
President of Beaumont. Beaumont will assist Alhambra in communicating with the
Corporation's shareholders and investment community in Canada regarding the
Corporation's ongoing activities. Beaumont will also provide support in the
preparation and distribution of various shareholder communication materials.
Beaumont will not be required to provide market-making activities.
Under
the terms of the consulting agreement, Beaumont will be paid a monthly
consulting fee of C$5,000.00 for an initial period of six (6) months, subject
to renewal by mutual agreement of the parties and will be granted an option
to purchase 100,000 common shares of the Corporation. The stock option shall
have an exercise price of $0.65 per common share, have a term of three years
from the date of grant, and shall vest in accordance with TSX Venture
Exchange Inc. guidelines.
The
appointment of Beaumont and the granting of options in connection with this
consulting agreement are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange
Inc.
