TORONTO, Feb. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Roxgold Inc. ("Roxgold" or "the Company") (ROG.V) announces that in accordance with its Stock Option Plan the Company has granted employees and executives incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 3,050,000 common shares, exercisable on or before February 2, 2020 at a strike price of $0.70. The incentive stock options represent the 2015 annual options grant. About RoxgoldRoxgold is a gold exploration and development company with its key asset, the high grade, 100% owned Yaramoko Gold Project located in the Houndé greenstone region of Burkina Faso, West Africa. The Company is currently advancing Yaramoko's 55 Zone and, subject to making a positive construction decision, expects to commence development in Q1 2015. Roxgold trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ROG.
