| Sennen Reaches Definitive Agreement For 30% Interest In Monument Potash Project | |

Vancouver, British Columbia, April 21st, 2016. Sennen Potash Corporation (TSXV: SN) ('Sennen' or 'the Company') is pleased to report that it has entered into a Definitive Agreement (the 'Agreement') with Paradox Basin Resources Corp. ('Paradox') for the acquisition of their 30% interest in the Monument Potash Project ('Monument') in south-east Utah. On completion of the acquisition, the Company will have 100% interest in Monument.
As provided for in the Agreement, the Company will issue a total of 6,700,000 common shares of Sennen to Paradox and its shareholders in consideration for the acquisition of Paradox's 30% interest in Monument.
The acquisition is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
