Shareholder Update

As the summer has given us tremendously hot weather, combined with slow markets, management feels it important to update you on our ongoing exploration in the Timmins Gold Camp.

We have recently completed a 4th hole on the Bonanza property (Ogden Township, south of the Goldcorp Naybob property). Assays from the Bonanza drilling have been submitted for testing and are expected over the next month.

We have received the final assays from the Denton South drill program, and after analysis, we will be able to release the results in the next couple of weeks. Some results from the Bonanza drilling may be available for that press release as well.

In addition Management are reviewing our results from North Denton, where we had a significant drill intercept in November 2009, to determine the practicality of drilling several deeper holes.

Currently we are turning our attention to the Beehive property, formerly known as the Morin Estate property. The 100% owned property is comprised of 11 mining claims and is located on the northern boundary of the Naybob property.

To date the Beehive property has undergone some prior exploration conducted by Noranda� in the early 1980’s. We have acquired the historical data and drill core and our geologists are now analyzing this historical work and are identifying several drill targets for an August 2010 drill campaign (per NBU’s May 13, 2010 News Release).

Management continues to believe in the potential of its Timmins gold properties and is committed to ongoing and diligent exploration, and the maximization of shareholder value..
