SHAREHOLDING IN MINCO PLC

Dublin, September 30, 2015 Minco Plc (AIM - 'MIO') (the 'Company' or 'Minco') reports that it has been notified on September 28, 2015 that Mr. Rowan Maule, Director, sold 500,000 shares of Minco at 1.1p per share.

Upon completion of this sale, Mr. Maule holds 325,000 shares in Minco. There are currently 478,142,184 shares of Minco issued and outstanding.
