(TSX VENTURE:SYH)(SYHBF) (the "Company") - The Company is pleased to report that all resolutions put forward by management and the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting were ratified by the shareholders of the Company, including the re-election of each of Jordan Trimble, James Pettit, Donald C. Huston, Donald G. Myers, Amanda Chow and Richard Kusmirski as Directors of the Company.
