WARRANTS EXERCISE UPDATE

Tinka Has
Received $685,000 from the Exercise of Warrants
Dear Friends:
Tinka has reached a major milestone with this initial drill program at Colquipucro.
The Company is exploring a large silver system with mineralized occurrences
both inside and atop Colquipucro Hill. The key objective of the drilling is
to determine the full extent of the mineralized areas of the mountain. The
hope is that Colquipucro will ultimately prove to be a bulk-mineable silver
project, one of the most desirable scenarios in silver mining. The extent of
the known mineralization, the silver grades both within and on top of the
mountain, and the fact that significant silver has been found in the wall
rock between the silver veins, all lend credence to this theory. Now,
however, Tinka must drill Colquipucro to see what silver and zinc potential this
mountain really has and drilling has commenced.
Regards,
Nick L. Nicolaas
