(GPY.V) ("Golden Predator"), reports that at the Annual and Special General Meeting of shareholders of Golden Predator (the "Meeting") held on August 21, 2015, Till proposed, and it was carried, that the Meeting be adjourned for two weeks to September 4, 2015 at 11:00am (Vancouver time), with the location moved to Suite 1700 -- 666 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8.
